Fossil remains for this Dinosaur have been found in Asia

Breviceratops was a small member of the horned dinosaur family, closely related to Protoceratops  Like its relative, it lived in China and would have browsed the dry Cretaceous land for low-growing plants. It is another example of the development of the ceratopsian family in Asia.

Originally assigned to Protoceratops  there is still discussion as to whether this specimen deserves its own genus. It may eventually be reassigned to Bagaceratops.
